Our Story

Shambhu’s Coffee Bar opened its door to the people in 1998. Its journey began with serving cold coffee and milk shakes with a humble beginning of a street side stall along HL Commerce Road. Two and a half decades later, Shambhu’s Coffee Bar, is a popular hangout spot among the youngsters of Ahmedabad.

Founded by Shambhu Singh Chauhan in 1998 when he moved to Ahmedabad in search of a living, Shambhu’s Coffee Bar was among the handful few outlets which sowed the seeds of café culture in Ahmedabad. Today, it is a thriving chain of 55 outlets, across the World, This is the first outlet of Canada.

The street side stall of Shambhu’s Coffee Bar was invariably filled with echoes of chirping birds, laughter and chatter of the youth around and the buzzing traffic on busy hours perfectly capturing the pulse and joy of this city. Over the years, as it evolved into a chain of cafés, its growth story has a simple recipe: Blending value in all our offerings and comfort and warmth in our hospitality – all to create happy moments!
